We use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and everything is organic and free of chemicals. Our kombucha starts with filtered water, green tea, and evaporated cane juice, which is raw and more nutritious than processed sugars.
In kombucha, yeast and bacteria work together to metabolize sugar, producing live enzymes, billions of probiotic organisms, and many beneficial acids and vitamins.
Our kombucha ferments for a minimum of two to four weeks and begins with a mature starter culture for the maximum probiotic population. We blend batches to achieve the lowest sugar and best balance between dry and refreshing.
